Thank you for purchasing tickets to the 4th Annual Eminent Video Music Awards.
Please review our refund policy below:
No Refunds:
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to attend the event
- Changes in personal plans
- Event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances
Event Cancellation:
- In the unlikely event that the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule the event.
- If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a credit towards future Eminent Video Music Awards events or a merchandise credit.
Ticket Transfer:
- You may transfer your ticket to another person.
- Please contact our ticketing partner for instructions on how to transfer your ticket.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have purchased the correct ticket type.
- Ticket prices may vary and are subject to change.
