● The voting campaign will start on the September 16, 2024 will end
on the October 27, 2024
● Winners will be chosen based on the number of votes received at the
end of the deadline and the votes will be reviewed by an
independent auditor to confirm the winners.

● Each vote is entered into a draw to stand a chance to receive R10k
cash on the day of the event .
●
● Winners of 2 x double tickets will receive the prize 7 days before the
main event .
● The winners will be notified during the awards preparations on the
1st of November 2024 to be present on the day of the awards show
the 8th of November 2024. If not present on the day of the awarding
ceremony, therefore an email will be sent to the email address
provided on the entry form.
● Prizes will be awarded to the winners in person on the day of the
awards ceremony on the 8th of November 2024 or alternatively will
be sent to the elected address via courier. All cash prizes will be sent
through the EFT of elected banking details during the term agreed
upon.

● The nominees will be required to campaign for votes in order to win
and the following is an example on how votes will be accepted.

▪ LogicSMS is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of
Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a
complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure.
LogicSMS may be required to share information relating to a service
or a customer with WASPA for the purpose of resolving a complaint.

▪ LogicSMS has the right to suspend or terminate the services of any
customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or
any other related contractual obligations
▪ LogicSMS has the right to take down any content (hosted as part of
the service) that it considers illegal or for which it has received a
take-down notice.
Cellphone Compatibility:
▪ A Cell Phone registered on a South African network with access to SMS
capabilities. Cellphones will need an SMS application and sufficient
airtime. Free SMS/airtime does not apply.
▪ The service won’t be used by EVMA Awards Eminent Video Music
Awards
▪ to intentionally engage in illegal conduct
▪ to knowingly create, store or disseminate any illegal content
▪ to knowingly infringe copyright
▪ to knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights, or
▪ to send spam or promote the sending of spam
▪ The terms and conditions for any service must not contain clauses that
contradict the requirements of the WASPA Code of Conduct.
▪ The service must only be used with the permission of the bill-payer (for
paid services);
▪ The service must only be used with the permission of a parent or
guardian(for children )
